What's up doc?
My new doctoral robes arrived today, just in time for the weekend matriculation ceremony at Milligan. The "copper" velvet band and piping represents the field of economics, while the green and gold signify George Mason University. I suppose there is nothing left to it but to begin shaping the minds of the next generation of free marketeers!

Dave,
the academic regalia looks great on you! Wear it with pride. I'm glad you eastern folk know how to dress well. It always gets me that in the midwest, some of our absent minded profs show up with their white or color mixed athletic running shoes on under their robes, not realizing that when they sit on the stage, eye level for many people is to see those glaring white shoes.
By comparison, your surely look great. Enjoy the pomp and circumstance! cheryl
