Who said Friday the 13th is bad luck? We certainly paid no mind and had a great first baby shower. Thanks for all the hard work Valerie! This was a co-ed shower, boys allowed! A bunch of our QCOM friends gathered to celebrate the coming of two new little ones. Elizabeth (pictured below) and her husband Brent are expecting a baby boy any day now!! (Due date May 5th)
It was so fitting to share this shower with Elizabeth. She was on my Ob/Gyn rotation with me during my first trimester, when no one else knew my new status. She was such a support for me, covertly bringing me Preggie Pops and having crackers on hand. I'll always be grateful, thanks Elizabeth!
