The Great MFFL Buffalo Creek Regatta of 2011

Our Statistics and Fantasy Football course kicked off last night with the initial class meeting to discuss the syllabus, set the rules and determine draft position. Each of the students drew a number from a hat that they thought was their draft position. However, it was actually just the number for one of the boats that were racing in the Great MFFL (Milligan Fantasy Football League) Buffalo Creek Regatta of 2011. Each player's draft position was determined by where his/her boat finished in the race (yes, there is one woman in the class!)

Pool time at Nana & Papa's!

During our visit to Nana and Papa's house, we got to spend a lot of time at the pool....whether it was the inflatable one on the deck or the actual neighborhood pool, it sure was a lot of fun to cool off during those hot weeks!
