Rainy Day in the JC

Sadly, we've been rained out on an otherwise event free Saturday. Emily was on call last night and didn't get home until about 12:30 or so. Lily and I made the most of the morning though, we got in part of a walk before the rain started. Then we watched the rain from the garage for a bit before deciding to drive around in the Jeep (using our imaginations). We ended up rocking out to some great 60's songs and a few diddies from the old Marching Royal Dukes. Rain or shine, we'll figure out a way to have a good time!

Call Days

Emily has been working a lot of call at the hospital lately, leaving the two years olds to their own devices (2 and 32 years old that is...)

3 Handsome Fellas

This picture of the Campbell fellas was taken last fall at a Redskins game (vs. the Eagles). Dad's buddy Dean was king enough to let us watch the game in his box...thanks Dean! Also, thanks to Mary Ann for taking the picture and sending it our way.

I suppose that if we were to try a similar outing later this fall....there'd be a 4th Campbell man in the picture!!!

The End of Summer Daze

Sadly, my summer schedule has come to an end. Lily and I have enjoyed our laid back summer together...getting up slow, going to bed late, and all the fun adventures in between. However, work calls and meetings have already begun for the fall semester. Though I don't start teaching again until Wednesday, my summer effectively ended today with the faculty retreat. Here is a hodge podge of pictures from the last few weeks of summer....only 8 months to go until next summer!
